Neil Armstrong
Board Chair & President
Neil is a retired IT Executive and former President of Goals for a Cause (2010-2016). He currently serves as the Board Chair for the organization. Neil is married and has resided in the Tampa Bay area for 21 years. He is a former Tampa Bay Lightning Community Hero. Giving back is who Neil is as he has been involved in mentoring Youth and Adults along with supporting Charitable Non-Profits for over 40 years.

Sandie Grimes
Vice President
Sandie is currently a Vice President with Stahl & Associates Insurance. She has been associated with GFAC for over five years and a board member for the past three. She also serves her community of Oldsmar through her City Board involvement and the UTB Chamber of Commerce. She feels volunteerism is the key to making your community a better place to live, work and play.

Carol Armstrong
Carol is a retired Hillsborough County preschool teacher and currently serves as the board treasurer for the organization. She is married and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for 21 years. Carol is committed through her volunteer efforts to pay it forward by enriching the lives of others.

Elio Navarro
Director, IT
Elio has nearly 20 years of experience creating software solutions in a variety of industries from Telecom to Healthcare to Banking. He is passionate about helping people of all abilities achieve their dreams.

Larry Repar
Special Advisor
Larry Repar joined Masonite International, based in Tampa, Florida, in 1995 and served as Executive Vice President in a variety of Global roles, most recently as Chief Customer Experience Officer. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida and Friends of the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario.

Rich Stack
Director, Operations
Rich is a small business owner and has been in the Tampa Bay area for over 35 years and involved with GFAC for 8 years. My goal is to help make a difference in our community through helping support charities of those in need.
